COUh1CILi�2AP: H L Luwe introduced an Ordinance entitled
Ordinance Pdo 94 "An Ord-inance Amendin Ordinance No. 89 as
Amended "Entitled' An Ordinance relating to the Parking oP Standin g
— -�--- -
of Vehicles and prescribing Penalties for Violation" which
was fully and distinctly read for the first-time and- was duly
considered by the Council.
It was moved by councilman H P Kruse seconded by
Geo Linderman that ttie rakes be suspended and that the
140rdinance entitled r?o 94 " be passed to its second reading.
The P�ayor put the question, and�the roll being called,the
following Councilmen votes
AYE: Haack; Kruse ;_Luwe; Okones and Linderman
NAY: _ none absent none
Whereupon the 1�iayor declared. the motion carried. and said
Ordinance was read the second time.
It was moved by Geo Linderman seconded by W Haach
that the rules be suspended. and that the Ordinance entitled " '--
Ordinance No.94 " be passed to its third reading..
The P�Iayor put the question on the motion, and the roll being
called the follo�zing Councilmen_ voted
"AYE,$ Haack- Kruse- Or-ones-Luwe- Linderman
Nay. none absent none
'Whereupon the Mayor declared the motion carried and said
Ordinance was read the third time.
It was moved by H P Kruse seconded by Geo Linderman
that the rule e suspended and t_at the Ordinance entit ed rdinance
r?o 94 " be now put upon its final passage and adoption. The P�iayor
put the question upon the final passage and adoption of said Ordinance
and the roll being called, the followin Councilmen voted,
AYE Haag;- Kruse- Okones- Luwe Lindan
NAY none ,absent none
Vn:ereupon the Mayor declared said Ordinance duly adopted and

signed approval to said Ordinance.

is hereby repealed and the following enacted�in
lieu thereof ;
���4n "Section 4a -Parking Limits. It shall be
unlawful to leave any Motor vehicle, Motor Truck
or any other Vehicle of any kind, parked, stopped or
standing on any street or alley in the Town of
Wellsburg between the hours of 1:C0 oclock A.��.
and 6:CO oclock A.P�[. a�t any one time ."
Section 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance $re
herebgr repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after its publication as provided by law.

AN ORDINANCE APIIENDING ORDINANCE NO 8�a����b�-

''AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE PARKING OF STANDING
OF VEHICLES�ND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIOPd"
Be it ordained by the Town council of tYie Town of
Nellsburg, Iowa;
89 as Amended
SECTION 1. Section 4a of Ordinance No 9�irentitled
"An Ordinance relating to the Parking or Standing
of Vehicles and prescribing penalties for violation"
is hereby repealed and the following enacted in
lieu thereof ;
��XY�4n " Section 4a --Parking Limits. It shall be
unlawful to leave any Motor vehicle, Motor Truck
or any other Vehicle of any kind, parked, stopped or
standing on any street or alley in the Town of
Wellsburg between the hours of 1:C0 oclock A.R.
a.nd 6:C0 oclock A.PJI. aft any one time ."
Section 2. A11 Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are
herebgr repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after its publication as provided by law.
