APPOINTING A BOROUGH PROSECUTOR
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Borough Prosecutor in the Borough of Carteret;
and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret that

be and is hereby appointed to the position of Borough Prosecutor, effective January
1, 2002, term to expire December 31, 2002.
Adopted this 1st day of January, 2002
and certified as a true copy of the original
on January 2, 2002.
