A) CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL, PLEDGE B) PRESIDENTIAL COMMENTS  Proclaim June and July 2007 as Relay for Life Months C) TRUSTEES COMMENTS D) PUBLIC COMMENTS on items not on the Agenda (3-5 minutes per topic) E) BUSINESS MEETING 1) APPROVAL OF AGENDA 2) CONSENT AGENDA a) Minutes of the Board Meeting of May 14, 2007, and Executive Session Minutes of May 14, 2007 and May 21, 2007. b) Bills Paid and Bills Payable for June 4, 2007. c) Letters of Credit Reduction for Meijer; Creekside Crossings Unit 5, 6, and 7; and Lot 64 in Spangler Farm. d) Ordinance No. increasing the Class “C” Liquor Licenses from two (2) to three (3) and decreasing the Class “B” Liquor Licenses from four (4) to three (3), and decreasing the Class “E” Liquor Licenses from five (5) to four (4). 3) AUX SABLE CREEK WATERSHED PLAN UPDATE Stephanie Sheetz, the Land Use/Open Space Planning Manager with The Conservation Foundation, will give an informational presentation on a project to update the Aux Sable Creek Watershed Plan. 4) OFFICEMAX SIGN VARIANCE (PC Case No. 1314-041707.V) Seeking a motion to adopt the findings of fact of the Zoning Board of Appeals as the findings of fact of the Board of Trustees to deny the request for a variance to permit wall signage on the north elevation of the proposed OfficeMax on Lot 8 of the Meijer Plainfield Subdivision. (Note: An alternate motion for approval with stipulations is included in the staff report.) 5) MEIJER PLAINFIELD RECAPTURE AGREEMENTS a) Seeking a motion to adopt Ordinance No. , an Agreement authorizing Reimbursement for the Construction of Improvements Beneficial to the Public for construction of sanitary sewer liftstation and related improvements adjacent to 135th Street generally east of Route 59. b) Seeking a motion to adopt Ordinance No. , an Agreement authorizing Reimbursement for the Construction of Improvements Beneficial to the Public for construction of road improvements to 135th Street east of Illinois Route 59. The project is located at the southeast corner of 143rd Street and Van Dyke Road. 9) PLAINFIELD COMMONS SUBDIVISION – LOT 3 (PC Case No. 1123-050204.SU.SPR) a) Seeking a motion to direct the Village Attorney to prepare an Ordinance re-approving a Special Use for a Planned Unit Development (previously approved on January 17, 2005 as Ordinance No. 2455) for Lot 3 in Plainfield Commons, located near the southwest corner of Illinois Route 59 and 135th Street, subject to the three (3) stipulations as previously approved as part of Ordinance No. 2455. b) Seeking a motion to re-approve the Site Plan (including the Site Plan, Building Elevations, Landscape Plan, and Photometric Plan previously approved on December 6, 2004) for Lot 3 in Plainfield Commons, Commons, located near the southwest corner of Illinois Route 59 and 135th Street, subject to the three (3) stipulations as previously provided in the staff report dated December 6, 2004 and approved by the Board on December 6, 2004.
