A) CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL, PLEDGE B) PRESIDENTIAL COMMENTS  Proclaim the week of July 16-22, 2007 as “I Love Plainfield” week.  Recognition of Chaplain Doug Booth  PEMA Commendations C) TRUSTEES COMMENTS D) PUBLIC COMMENTS on items not on the Agenda (3-5 minutes per topic) E) BUSINESS MEETING 1) APPROVAL OF AGENDA 2) CONSENT AGENDA a) Minutes of the Board Meeting of May 21, 2007 and June 4, 2007, and minutes of the executive sessions on June 4, 2007. b) Bills Paid and Bills Payable for June 18, 2007. c) Cash & Investments, Revenue, and Expenditure Reports for May, 2007. d) Resolution No. establishing Wage Rates for Workers in Public Works. e) Approval of Change Order #1 and the Final Pay Request for Stott Contracting, LLC in the amount of $20,058.20 for the completion of 119th Street Bicycle Path. f) Approval of Change Order #1 and the Final Pay Request for Gallagher Asphalt Corporation in the amount of $57,176.00 for the completion of the Indian Boundary/Drauden Road Pavement Patching. e) Ordinance No. , re-approving a Special Use for a Planned Unit Development for Lot 3 in Plainfield Commons, located near the southwest corner of Illinois Route 59 and 135th Street. f) Resolution No. endorsing the Plainfield Riverfront Master Plan. 3) FRATERNAL ORDER OF THE MOOSE Seeking a motion to direct the Village Attorney to draft an Ordinance for a Special Use with four (4) stipulations for the Fraternal Order of the Moose located at the southwest corner of Lockport Street and Illinois Street. 4) 14502 CAPITAL DRIVE FENCE VARIANCE Seeking a motion to adopt the findings of fact of the Zoning Board of Appeals as the findings of fact of the Board of Trustees, and furthermore, to direct the Village Attorney to prepare an Ordinance granting approval of a variance to permit a fence to be placed in the corner side yard for the the property known as 14502 Capital Drive, subject to the stipulations noted in the staff report. GATEWAY CIRCLE Seeking a motion to direct the Village Attorney to prepare an Ordinance approving a variance to allow a fence in the corner side yard at 25441 W. Gateway Circle, subject to one (1) stipulation listed in the staff report. 6) PANERA BREAD COMPANY Seeking a motion to direct the Village Attorney to draft an Ordinance for a variance with four (4) stipulations for Panera Bread Company located at the northwest corner of Route 59 and 127th Street. 7) OFFICEMAX SIGN VARIANCE (PC Case No. 1314-041707.V) Seeking a motion to adopt Ordinance No. , granting approval of the OfficeMax Sign Variance on Lot 8 of the Meijer Plainfield Subdivision, subject to the stipulations listed in the staff report.. 8) GRANDE PARK NEIGHBORHOOD 10 Seeking a motion to adopt the findings of fact of the Plan Commission as the findings of fact of the Board of Trustees and, furthermore, to direct the Village Attorney to prepare an Ordinance granting approval of the special use for planned development for Grande Park Neighborhood 10, subject to the stipulations noted in the staff report. J) PUBLIC WORKS REPORT  Seeking a motion to authorize the Village President to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement with Kendall County to allow for the future of Ridge Road and Plainfield/Oswego Road Improvements.  Seeking a motion to waive the bidding and authorize Associated Technical Services to complete a water leak survey of the entire water system at a quoted price of $24,948.00.  Seeking a motion to authorize the purchase of one (1) 10 ton trailer from West Side Tractor at a quoted price of $10,100.00.
