GATEWAY CIRCLE Seeking a motion to direct the Village Attorney to prepare an Ordinance approving a variance to allow a fence in the corner side yard at 25441 W. J) PUBLIC WORKS REPORT  Seeking a motion to authorize the Village President to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement with Kendall County to allow for the future of Ridge Road and Plainfield/Oswego Road Improvements.  Seeking a motion to waive the bidding and authorize Associated Technical Services to complete a water leak survey of the entire water system at a quoted price of $24,948.00.  Seeking a motion to authorize the purchase of one (1) 10 ton trailer from West Side Tractor at a quoted price of $10,100.00.
