A) CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL, PLEDGE B) PRESIDENTIAL COMMENTS  Proclaim the week of July 22-28, 2007 as Accessibility Awareness Week C) TRUSTEES COMMENTS D) PUBLIC COMMENTS on items not on the Agenda (3-5 minutes per topic) E) BUSINESS MEETING 1) APPROVAL OF AGENDA 2) CONSENT AGENDA a) Minutes of the Board held on July 2, 2007 b) Bills Paid and Bills Payable for July 16, 2007. c) Cash & Investments, Revenue, and Expenditure Reports for June 2007. d) Letter of Credit Reduction for Shenandoah Subdivision Units 1 and 2, and Shenandoah Subdivision Heggs Road Improvements. e) Ordinance No. approving a text amendment to Article II of the Zoning Ordinance to allow auction houses in districts zoned B-3. 3) MENARDS OUTLOT 3 Seeking a motion to approve the Site Plan Review for Menards Outlot #3. 4) SHOPS AT THE POLO CLUB a) Seeking a motion to adopt Ordinance No. , authorizing execution of an Annexation Agreement for the property located at the northeastern corner of Route 59 and 119th Street. b) Seeking a motion to adopt Ordinance No. , approving a Special Use for a Planned Redevelopment subject to the six stipulations listed in the staff report. c) Seeking a motion to adopt Ordinance No. , rezoning the property to B-3 (Business Highway District). 5) VILLAS AT FOX RUN (PC Case #1268-090106.FP & 1329-060607.SU) a) Seeking a motion to adopt the findings of fact of the Plan Commission as the findings of fact of the Board of Trustees and to direct the Village Attorney to prepare an ordinance granting approval of a major change to the planned unit development for the Villas at Fox Run to modify provisions for IDOT coordination, future right-of-way platting, requirements for the residential developer to complete off-site road improvements, and temporary signage and sales trailer rights, subject to the stipulations noted in the staff report. b) Seeking a motion to approve the final plat of subdivision for the Villas at Fox Run, subject to the stipulations noted in the staff report. Village Board Agenda July 16, 2007 Page 2 of 2 6) SPRING KNOLL RESUBDIVISION (PC Case #1312-041307.PP.SU) a) Seeking a motion to accept the Plan Commission’s findings of fact and to direct the Village Attorney to prepare an Ordinance approving a Special Use for a Planned Development for Spring Knoll Resubdivision, including a Statement of Intent and Agreement, located at the northeast corner of Spring Hill Lane and Eastern Avenue, subject to the three (3) stipulations included in the staff report. b) Seeking a motion to approve the Preliminary Plat of Subdivision for Spring Knoll Resubdivision subject to the three (3) stipulations included in the staff report. 7) CREEKSIDE CROSSING UNIT 1 (PC Case #1330-060807.FP) Seeking a motion to approve the final plat of subdivision for Lots 1171 and 1172 in Creekside Crossing Unit 1, subject to the stipulation noted in the staff report. 8) TEXT AMENDMENT TO ARTICLE XI OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE (PC Case #1326-060107.TA) Seeking a motion to direct the Village Attorney to draft an ordinance approving the proposed text amendment to Article XI – Sign Code, of the Village Zoning Ordinance to allow increased model home signage for builders/developers as highlighted in the staff report.
