Village Board Agenda August 20, 2007 Page 2 of 4 5) ROUSONELOS ANNEXATION a) Seeking a motion to open a Public Hearing for an Annexation Agreement pertaining to 223 acres located on Steiner Road, south of 143rd Street. b) Seeking a motion to close the Public Hearing and return to the regular business meeting. c) Seeking a motion to direct the Village Attorney to draft an ordinance approving of an annexation agreement for 223 acres located on Steiner Road, south of 143rd Street. 6) COIL PLUS DRIVE, LOT 16 (PC Case #1338-062207.RZ) Seeking a motion to adopt the findings of fact of the Plan Commission and furthermore to direct the Village Attorney to draft an ordinance approving a map amendment (rezoning) of the property from I-2 (General Industrial District) to I-1 (Office, Research, and Light Industrial District), subject to the two (2) stipulations listed in the staff report. 7) CHRIST COMMUNITY CHURCH (PC Case #1344-071007.SU) Seeking a motion to adopt the findings of fact of the Plan Commission as findings of fact of the Board of Trustees and to direct the Village Attorney to draft an ordinance granting approval of a Special Use for a preschool at Christ Community Church located at 12410 Van Dyke Road subject to the two (2) stipulations listed in the staff report. 8) HERITAGE BUSINESS CENTER Seeking a motion to approve an amended site plan for the Heritage Business Center (formerly known as First Midwest Bank) located on Lockport Street and Illinois Street. 9) GRANDE PARK PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE AGREEMENT Seeking a motion to authorize the Village President to execute an agreement with MPI-1 Plainfield West LLC and the Oswegoland Park District for the construction, installation, conveyance, ownership and maintenance of a pedestrian bridge over Stewart Road, south of Grande Park Boulevard in the Grande Park Subdivision. 10) TEXT AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 6, ARTICLE III, DIVISION 2 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE ( PC Case #1342-070507.TA) Seeking a motion to direct the Village Attorney to draft an ordinance approving the proposed text amendment to Chapter 6, Article III, Division 2 of the Municipal Code regarding natural landscaping. 11) ALL AMERICAN AUCTION SPECIAL USE REQUEST (PC Case #1320-050707.SU) Seeking a motion to adopt Ordinance No. , approving a Special Use for an Auction House at 15940 S. Lincoln Highway. 12) SHENANDOAH/127 STREET RECAPTURE Seeking a motion to adopt Ordinance No. , an Ordinance adopting an Agreement Authorizing Reimbursement for the Construction of Improvements Beneficial to the Public, related to road improvements to 127th Street between Heggs Road and Meadow Lane. Village Board Agenda August 20, 2007 Page 3 of 4 13) KING’S BRIDGE ESTATES SANITARY SEWER RECAPTURE a) Seeking a motion to adopt Ordinance No. , an Ordinance adopting an Agreement Authorizing Reimbursement for the Construction of Improvements Beneficial to the Public, related to sanitary sewer oversizing improvements constructed within the King’s Bridge Estates project located generally north of 127th Street and east of Heggs Road. b) Seeking a motion to adopt Ordinance No. , an Ordinance adopting an Agreement Authorizing Reimbursement for the Construction of Improvements Beneficial to the Public, related to off-site sanitary sewer improvements constructed within the King’s Bridge Estates project located generally north of 127th Street and east of Heggs Road. 14) PLAINFIELD BUSINESS PARK (BRENTWOOD CIRCLE) a) Seeking a motion to adopt the Plan Commission’s findings of fact and to direct the Village Attorney to prepare an ordinance approving a Major Change to a Planned Development for Plainfield Business Park Lot I-6 for a project referred to as Brentwood Circle, located on the east side of Illinois Route 59, north of W. Industrial Drive South, subject to the stipulations provided in the staff report. b) Seeking a motion to approve the Site Plan Review for Plainfield Business Park Lot I-6, located on the east side of Illinois Route 59, north of W. Industrial Drive South, subject to the stipulations provided in the staff report. 15) HERON POINT RECONSIDERATION REQUEST Consider a motion for reconsideration of the denial of the major change to the Planned Unit Development for Heron Point located at the southeast corner of U.S. Route 30 and Renwick Road. F) ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT  YMCA request for waiving building permit fees for expansion of their facility at Ottawa Street and Wallin Drive. J) PUBLIC WORKS REPORT  Seeking a motion to award the 2007 Pavement Marking Program to the low bidder, Mark-it Corporation, for the bid amount of $20,855.16.  Seeking a motion to award the 2007 Crackfilling Program to the low bidder, SKC Corporation, for the bid amount of $21,750.88. Village Board Agenda August 20, 2007 Page 4 of 4  Seeking a motion to authorize the Village President to execute a professional engineering services agreement with HNTB for the Phase 2 design of intersection improvements and permanent signal at the intersection of 143rd Street and U.S. Route 30 not to exceed $192,000.00.  Seeking a motion to approve the intergovernmental agreement with the Illinois Department of Transportation, Kendall County, and the Village of Plainfield for the intersection improvements and signalization of the intersection of Plainfield/Oswego Road and IL Route 126.  Seeking a motion to authorize an agreement for the professional services with HW Lochner for the design of intersection improvements, bridge widening, and signalization at the intersection of 127th Street and Plainfield/Naperville Road, not to exceed $430,186.15.  Seeking a motion to approve Change Order #1 for the Essington Road Improvements in the amount of $70,736.50.
