Village Board Agenda September 17, 2007 Page 2 of 4 5) PLAINFIELD FIRE PROTECTION INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT Seeking a motion to approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between the Village of Plainfield and the Plainfield Fire Protection District related to the transfer of the Village’s municipal site at Grande Park for the construction of Fire Station #5. 6) PLAINFIELD ART LEAGUE Seeking a motion to approve a $15,000 grant for 2007 for the Plainfield Art League. 7) WINDING CREEK ROAD OPENING PUBLIC HEARING (PC Case #1358) a) Seeking a motion to open a Public Hearing to consider testimony regarding the opening of Winding Creek Road between Judith Court and Ironwood Drive. b) Seeking a motion to close the Public Hearing and return to the regular business meeting. c) Seeking direction from the Village Board regarding the opening of Winding Creek Road. 8) THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS (PC Case# 1340.AA/SU/PP/FP/SPR) a) Seeking a motion to open a public hearing to consider testimony regarding the annexation agreement for the subject case. b) Seeking a motion to close the public hearing. c) Seeking a motion to direct the Village Attorney to prepare an ordinance authorizing the execution of an annexation agreement to annex the six-acre parcel of the subject property commonly known as 1336 Simons Road, located generally south of 127th Street and west of Gilmore Road. d) Seeking a motion to direct the Village Attorney to prepare an ordinance approving the annexation of the six-acre parcel of the subject property commonly known as 1336 Simons Road. e) Seeking a motion to adopt the findings of fact of the Plan Commission as the findings of fact of the Board of Trustees and, furthermore, to direct the Village Attorney prepare an ordinance granting approval of the special use to permit religious assembly for the subject case. 9) NORTHWEST CORNER OF IL ROUTE 59 & 143RD STREET (a.k.a. FORMER BALL GLASS SITE) (PC Case #1356-081007.RZ) Seeking a motion to accept the findings of fact from the Plan Commission, Commission, and direct the Village Attorney to prepare an ordinance approving a rezoning from R-1 (Low Density Single Family Residential District) to B-3 (Highway Business District) for the subject property located at the northwest corner of Illinois Route 59 and 143rd Street. 10) PUMP IT UP Seeking a motion to direct the Village Attorney to draft an ordinance approving a special use permit to allow for a private recreation facility in a Light Industrial (I-1) district, subject to the two (2) stipulations listed in the staff report. 11) ROUSONELOS ANNEXATION Seeking a motion to adopt Ordinance No. , approving of an annexation agreement for 223 acres located on Steiner Road, south of 143rd Street. Industrial Drive South, subject to the stipulations provided in the staff report. 13) DAYFIELD COMMONS (a.k.a.
