that a Day Care Home for adults is similar to a Day Care Home for children in terms of permissibility in various Zoning Districts. The stems from a request for approval of a Day Care
Home for adults to be operated by the current owners of an existing detached single-family home located within the R-1 District, located at 15402 S. Joliet Road. J) PUBLIC WORKS REPORT
Seeking a motion to award the Van Dyke Road and 143rd Street Signal and Street Lighting, and Permanent Signal Installation at Van Dyke and IL Route 126/US Route 30 to Henkels And McCoy,
the low bidder, for a total bid price of $560,442.00. Seeking a motion to have the Village President execute an amendment to the 143rd Street Extension Phase 1 Engineering Agreement
with Crawford, Murphy, and Tilly (CMT) for additional work as required.
