Village Board Agenda January 22, 2007 Page 2 of 3 3) SIKICH LLP AUDIT PROPOSAL FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING APRIL 30, 2007 THROUGH APRIL 30, 2011 Seeking a motion to approve the professional auditing services proposal with Sikich LLP for the Fiscal Years ending April 30, 2007 through April 30, 2011. 4) CREEKSIDE CROSSING, UNIT 5B FINAL PLAT APPROVAL/REAPPROVAL (PC Case No. 1166-030305.FP & Case #1289-121406.FP) Seeking a motion to approve the final plat of subdivision for Creekside Crossing Unit 5B subject to the stipulations listed in the staff report. 5) THE CROSSINGS SHOPPING CENTER SITE PLAN REVIEW Seeking a motion to approve the site plan review for the proposed “The Crossings Shopping Center” located on Lot 2 of the Menards of Plainfield Subdivision, subject to the stipulations listed in the staff report. 6) TCF BANK SPECIAL USE AND SITE PLAN REVIEW a) Seeking a motion to direct the Village Attorney to prepare an Ordinance granting approval of a special use to permit a drive-through operation as part of of a financial institution on Lot 7 of the Meijer Plainfield Subdivision. b) Seeking a motion to approve the site plan review for the proposed TCF Bank located on Lot 7 of the Meijer Plainfield Subdivision, located generally east of Illinois Route 59 and south of 135th Street, subject to the stipulations listed in the staff report. 7) 2824 DIVISION STREET MEDICAL/PROFESSIONAL OFFICE BUILDING a) Seeking a motion to open the Public Hearing regarding the Annexation Agreement for annexation of the territory commonly known as 2824 Division Street, located west of Illinois Route 59 and approximately 835 feet south of 135th Street. b) Seeking a motion to close the Public Hearing and return to the regular business meeting. c) Seeking a motion to direct the Village Attorney to prepare the necessary Ordinances to:  Approve an annexation agreement  Approve the annexation of the subject territory  Rezone Lot 1 from the default R-1 to B-3  Approve a Special Use for a Planned Unit Development for the proposed 10,000 square foot medical/professional office development, subject to the stipulations noted in the staff report. 8) GRANDE PARK SANITARY SEWER RECAPTURE (OFF-SITE AND OVERSIZING IMPROVEMENTS) Seeking a motion to adopt Ordinance No. , an agreement authorizing reimbursement for the construction of improvements beneficial to the public, for the construction and oversizing of sanitary sewer improvements located generally south of 135th Street and west of Meadow Lane. 9) MENARDS OF PLAINFIELD SUBDIVISION, LOT 13 (Case No. 1207-090805.SPR) Seeking a motion to approve the amended site plan as identified in the staff report.
