Village Board Agenda October 16, 2006 Page 2 of 2 F) ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT G) MANAGEMENT SERVICES REPORT H) ENGINEER’S REPORT I) COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT REPORT  Request to approve the purchase of one concurrent GIS ArcEditor license for the cost of $6,300.00. J) PUBLIC WORKS REPORT  Seeking a motion to accept the purchase agreement for the property acquisition for the Drauden Road Extension (Steiner Road) Project and authorize the Village President to sign the necessary documents to acquire this specific property.  Seeking a motion to authorize the Village President to sign a letter of understanding with Kendall county and IDOT regarding intersection improvements at the intersection of IL Route 126 and Plainfield Road.  Seeking a motion to accept the low bid for the intersection improvements and roadway reconstruction of Van Dyke road and 127th Street to K-Five Construction for $3,931,532.72. Work will include reconstruction of 127th Street from 248th Street to Van Dyke Road, reconstruction of Van Dyke Road on the approaches to 127th Street roadway lighting, and intersection signalization.  The Ponds Subdivision Detention improvements: waive project bidding and award the detention pond improvements to Austin-Tyler Construction in the amount of $52,130.00.
