A) CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL, PLEDGE B) PRESIDENTIAL COMMENTS  Seeking a motion to approve Resolution No. ____ opposing the surgical center being proposed by Rush, Provena, and Adventist in Plainfield.  Seeking a motion to approve Resolution No. ____opposing Rush-Copley's expansion to add 26 beds to their campus and request a hearing by the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Board on the project. C) TRUSTEE’S COMMENTS D) PUBLIC COMMENTS on items not on the Agenda E) BUSINESS MEETING 1) APPROVAL OF AGENDA 2) CONSENT AGENDA a) Approval of Minutes for Board Meeting held on January 23. b) Bills Paid and Bills Payable for February 6, 2006. c) Letter of credit reductions for:  Shenandoah Subdivision Unit's 1 and 2  Arbor Creek, Unit's 1 and 2  Eagle Chase, Unit's 1 and 2 d) Ordinance No. ____ adopting recapture for costs of roadway improvements to Van Dyke Road south of 127th Street for the Kensington Club/Van Dyke Road Recapture Agreement. e) Ordinance No. ____ adopting recapture for costs of roadway improvements to 135th Street generally east of Heggs Road for Prairie Ponds/135th Street Road Recapture Agreement. 3) ARBOR CREEK UPDATE Staff will present the results of engineering studies and investigations regarding erosion of backyards within the Arbor Creek Subdivision at 16758 Arbor Creek Drive and neighboring parcel. 4) PLAINFIELD ART LEAGUE GRANT Seeking a motion to award the balance of the grant in the amount of $2,500.00. Village Board Agenda February 6, 2006 2 5) 5TH ANNUAL PLAINFIELD IRISH PARADE Seeking a motion to approve the 5th Annual Plainfield Irish Parade to be held on Sunday March 19th at 1:00 p.m. sponsored by the Village Association of Plainfield. 6) MEIJER Seeking a motion to re-approve the final subdivision plat of the Meijer Plainfield Subdivision. 7) CHATHAM SQUARE Seeking a motion to approve the Chatham Square Phase I final plat of subdivision, subject to the stipulations in the staff report. 8) LIBERTY GROVE RECAPTURE Seeking a motion to direct the Village Attorney to draft an ordinance to adopt recapture for costs of sanitary sewer improvements in the vicinity of the Liberty Grove Subdivision, as detailed in the attached Agreement Authorizing Reimbursement for the Construction of Improvements Beneficial to the Public. 9) LOT 13 IN THE MENARDS OF PLAINFIELD SUBDIVISION Seeking a motion to accept the recommendation of the Plan Commission and approve the site plan for Lot 13 in the Menards of Plainfield Subdivision. 10) VILLAGE SANITARY SEWER RECAPTURE AGREEMENTS a) Seeking a motion to adopt Resolution No. ____, a resolution reimbursement for the construction of improvements beneficial to the public, for the Route 30 Relief Sewer. b) Seeking a motion to adopt Resolution No. ____, a resolution authorizing reimbursement for the construction of improvements beneficial to the public, for the Lockport Area Sanitary Sewer. I) PUBLIC WORKS REPORT  Seeking a motion to authorize the Village President to execute a contract with the low bidder, P. T. Ferro Construction, for the construction of Drauden Road from Indian Boundary Road to IL Route 126 at a total bid amount of $2,473,046.02.  Seeking a motion to authorize the Village President to execute an Engineering Services agreement with H. W. Lochner, Inc. for the Phase I Engineering Design of the Plainfield/Naperville Road & 127th Street Intersection Improvements and signalization at a cost not to exceed $202,789.19.  Seeking a motion to authorize the Village President to execute an Engineering Service Agreement with Hamilton Engineers to administer the 2006 MFT Street Resurfacing Program at a cost of $72,970.96.
