A) CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL, PLEDGE B) PRESIDENTIAL COMMENTS  Police Officer of the Year 2005  Greatest Career Growth of the Year 2005  Civilian Employee of the Year 2005  Proclamation for Historic Preservation Month C) TRUSTEE’S COMMENTS D) PUBLIC COMMENTS on items not on the Agenda (3-5 minutes per topic) E) BUSINESS MEETING 1) APPROVAL OF AGENDA 2) CONSENT AGENDA a) Approval of Minutes for Board Meeting held on April 3, 2006. b) Bills Paid and Bills Payable for April 17, 2006. c) Revenue, Expenditures and Cash & Investment Reports for March 2006. d) Ordinance No. ____ correcting a typographical error in the amendment to the Chatham Square Annexation Agreement previously approved as Ordinance No. 2510A. e) Letter of credit reductions:  Canterbury Woods  Crossings at Wolf Creek – Unit 3  Fairfield Ridge (McNaughton Property)  Creekside Crossing, Renwick Road Improvements  Century Trace Subdivision Unit 4D f) Ordinance No.____ approving a Special Use for a Daycare on a R-1 zoned parcel generally located on the northeast corner of 127th & Gilmore Road for Three In One Daycare. 3) 2006-2007 BUDGET Seeking a motion to adopt Ordinance No. ____ approving the budget for the 2006-2007 fiscal year. 4) MCDONALD'S Village Board Agenda April 17, 2006 2 a) Seeking a motion to adopt Ordinance No.____approving a Special Use Permit for a Planned Unit Development including Restaurant with a drive thru in the B-3 zoning district for a McDonald's restaurant to be located on the southeast corner of Route 59 & Industrial Drive, subject to the stipulations noted in the staff report. b) Seeking a motion to accept the Plan Commission's recommendation and approve the Final Plat of Subdivision for Lot I-8 in the Plainfield Business Park Subdivision located on the southeast corner of Route 59 & Industrial Drive, subject to the stipulations noted in the staff report. c) Seeking a motion to accept or reject the Plan Commission's recommendation of approval of the site plan for a McDonald's restaurant located on the southeast corner of Route 59 & Industrial Drive. Staff has identified an outstanding site issue that needs to be considered by the Village Board prior to approving the site plan. 5) FAIRFIELD RIDGE COMMERCIAL a) Seeking a motion to direct the Village Attorney to draft an ordinance approving the rezoning of Lots 74 and 75 of the Fairfield Ridge final plat of subdivision from R-3 PUD to B-5 PUD. b) Seeking a motion to direct the Village Attorney to draft an ordinance approving an amendment to the Fairfield Ridge special use for planned unit development. c) Seeking a motion to approve the site plan for the proposed office development on Lot 74 of the Fairfield Ridge final plat of subdivision, subject to the stipulations in the planner's report. 6) INDIAN BOUNDARY ROAD STREET VACATION Seeking a motion to direct the Village Attorney to draft an ordinance approving the vacation of Indian Boundary Road north of Renwick Road and a small segment of former Renwick Road northwest of realigned Renwick Road. 7) CREEKSIDE UNIT 5A FINAL PLAT Seeking a motion to approve the final plat for the Creekside Crossing Unit 5A final plat of subdivision. 8) ESTABLISHMENT OF A SPECIAL SERVICE AREA NO. 34 FOR STEWART RIDGE a) Seeking a motion to open a Public Hearing on a Special Service Area Number 34 for Stewart Ridge located on Heggs Road, north of 127th Street and south of 119th Street. b) Seeking a motion to close the Public Hearing and return to the meeting. c) Seeking a motion to adopt Ordinance No. ____ establishing a Special Service Area Number 34 for Stewart Ridge. 9) BUILDING CODE TEXT AMENDMENT a) The Building Department is seeking a text amendment that would adopt the 2003 International Energy Conservation Code for the Village of Plainfield. b) The Building Department is further seeking an amendment to the 2003 International Residential Code that would require all new furnaces that are installed in new residences to contain 90% energy efficiency.
