Village Board Agenda July 10, 2006 Page 2 of 3 6) NORMANTOWN PRAIRIE a) Seeking a motion to adopt Ordinance No. authorizing execution of an annexation agreement for the subject property located on 127th Street, west of Route 30, and east of Heggs Road. b) Seeking a motion to adopt Ordinance No. annexing the subject property. c) Seeking a motion to adopt Ordinance No. approving a special use for a Planned Unit Development for property located on 127th Street, west of Route 30, and east of Heggs Road. 7) DILLMAN SUBDIVISION a) Seeking a motion to open a Public Hearing regarding an annexation and annexation agreement for 10 acres of land on the east side of Heggs Road between 127th Street and 135th Street. b) Seeking a motion to close the Public Hearing. c) Seeking a motion to direct the Village Attorney to draft an ordinance approving the annexation and annexation agreement for the subject property located on the east side of Heggs Road between 127th Street and 135th Street. 8) WALGREENS SIGN VARIANCE Seeking Seeking a motion to accept the findings of fact as outlined in the staff report and accept the recommendation of the Plan Commission to deny a variance that would have allowed a fourteen foot tall, seventy-one square foot monument sign on the Walgreens property. 9) 25234 ROUND BARN COURT SETBACK VARIANCE Seeking a motion to direct the Village Attorney to prepare an ordinance for approval of a side-yard setback reduction at 25234 Round Barn Court. 10) GRANDE PARK NEIGHBORHOODS 4, 5, AND 6 Seeking Board input and direction on a concept plan for a 271 unit residential development located at 135th Street and east of Stewart Road. 11) ZONING ORDINANCE Seeking a motion to direct the Village Attorney to draft an ordinance updating the Village’s Zoning Ordinance. F) ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT G) MANAGEMENT SERVICES REPORT  CityView Change Order Request H) ENGINEER’S REPORT I) COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT REPORT Village Board Agenda July 10, 2006 Page 3 of 3  Seeking a motion to accept the request by the Plainfield Community Consolidated School District No. 202 to increase the per-acre value of improved land to $139,725.00.  Seeking a motion to accept the request by the Oswego Community Unit School District No. 308 to increase the per-acre value of improved land to $124,200.00.  Budget Amendment for GIS Technician Position  Intergovernmental Agreement between the Village of Plainfield and Plainfield Community Consolidated School District No. 202 concerning the imposition, collection, and expenditure of School Facility Impact Fees, School Transition Fees, and School Site Contributions.  Intergovernmental Agreement between the Village of Plainfield and Oswego Community Unit School District No. 308 concerning the imposition, collection, and expenditure of School Facility Impact Fees, School Transition Fees, and School Site Contributions.  Utilization of 112 W. Ottawa Street (Plainfield Park District Proposal). J) PUBLIC WORKS REPORT  Seeking a motion to accept the low bid and authorize the Village President to execute a contract with Maintenance Coatings Company to complete the 135th Street (Pilcher) Striping Project at a total bid cost of $15,983.45.  Seeking a motion to accept the low bid and authorize the Village President to execute a contract with P.T. Ferro Construction Company to complete the Getson Avenue Roadway Reconstruction at a total bid cost of $160,725.11.  Seeking a motion to waive the bidding and authorize Associated Technical Services to complete a water leak survey of the water system at a quoted base price of $19,641.60.  Seeking a motion to authorize the purchase of one (1) Ford F-250 Truck from Rod Baker Ford at a total cost of $29,544.00.
