Plainfield from R-1 to B-3, B-1, and R-3, respectively, and to direct the Village Attorney to prepare an ordinance to implement the rezoning. 6) SUBURBAN HEALTHCARE ASSOCIATES LOT 16
IN MENARDS OF PLAINFIELD SUBDIVISION Seeking a motion to accept the Plan Commission's recommendation and approve the site plan for Suburban Healthcare Associates medical building to
be located on Lot 16 in the Menards of Plainfield Subdivision. This property is located on the east side of Route 59, between the Wendy's Restaurant and the White Castle restaurant.
