ACCEPTING AND APPROVING REQUESTS FOR VARIOUS
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR 2019
WHEREAS, in January 2019 the Borough issued a Request for Qualifications
(RFQ's) soliciting responses for the provision of various professional services for
Surveying services and Realtor / commercial / residential; and
No.
WHEREAS, the RFQ's were solicited pursuant to a fair and open process in
accordance with the provisions N.J.S.A. I 9:44a-20.5; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Clerk's Office has on file the submitted responses to
the RFQ's; and
WHEREAS, the Borough has reviewed the responses submitted and is desirous of
accepting and/or approving the responses to the RFQ's from the attached list of
professional service entities for the respective professional services.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council
of the Borough of Carteret as follows:
1. That these professional services entitles which are on file in the Clerk's
Office are hereby approved to provide the respective professional services.
2. That this action is approved as an award of a professional services contract
pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40a:11- 5(1)(a).
3. That this award is pursuant to a fair and open process in accordance with
the provisions of N.J.S.A.19:44A -20.5.
