approve a special Use for Planned Unit Development to permit redevelopment of the property at the southeast corner of U. S. Route 30 and Renwick Road, and to direct the Village Attorney
to draft the ordinance for special use for Planned Unit Development approval. b) Seeking a motion to approve the preliminary/final Heron Point of Plainfield Consolidation Plat of Subdivision.

within the corner lot side yard adjacent to Renwick Road, and to direct the Village Attorney to draft the ordinance for variance approval. 9) 727 MAIN STREET a) Seeking a motion to approve
a variance to permit construction of an accessory structure in the B-5 zoning district north of the intersection of Lockport Street and Main Street, and to direct the Village Attorney
