Village Board Agenda August 1, 2005 2 4) KING'S BRIDGE ESTATES a) Seeking a motion to adopt Ordinance No. ____authorizing the execution of an annexation agreement for a residential subdivision located on 127th Street, west of Route 30 and east of Heggs Road. b) Seeking a motion to adopt Ordinance No. ____annexing the property. c) Seeking a motion to adopt Ordinance No. ____approving a Special Use for PUD for a residential project on 127th Street, west of Route 30 and east of Heggs Road. 5) DARNELL PROPERTY a) Seeking a motion to adopt Ordinance No. ____ authorizing the execution of an annexation agreement for a parcel of property located on 135th Street, south of the Lakelands. b) Seeking a motion to adopt Ordinance No. ____ annexing the property. c) Seeking a motion to adopt Ordinance No. ____ authorizing the issuance of a Special Use Permit to permit a PUD for property located at 135th Street, South of Lakelands. 6) PLAINFIELD AND BOLINGBROOK INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT REGARDING RIVER HILL ESTATES SUBDIVISION Seeking a motion to approve the proposed Intergovernmental Agreement between Plainfield and Bolingbrook for the River Hill Estates Subdivision located at the Northeastern corner of Plainfield-Naperville Road and 127th Street. 7) GRANDE PARK NEIGHBORHOOD 12 Seeking a motion to approve the final plat of subdivision for Grande Park-Neighborhood Twelve. 8) SPRINGBANK OF PLAINFIELD, UNITS 1 AND 2 Seeking a motion to approve the final plats of subdivision for Springbank of Plainfield – Unit 1 and Springbank of Plainfield – Unit 2. 9) CREEKSIDE CROSSING, UNITS 5 THROUGH 7 a) Seeking a motion to approve the Preliminary PUD Plat Units 5-7, Creekside Crossing – Plainfield, Illinois. b) Seeking a motion to approve the final plat of subdivision of Creekside Crossing Unit 5. 10) ZONING CODE INTERPRETATION REGARDING CARRIAGE HOUSE BATHROOMS Seeking an interpretation of Sections 9-6 and 9-15(4) of the Zoning Code related to the definition of a dwelling unit and whether the inclusion of a bathroom in the second floor of a carriage house would constitute a dwelling unit, which is strictly prohibited. Village Board Agenda August 1, 2005 3 11) FREDERICK STREET/GETSON AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS a) An update of upcoming street improvements. b) Seeking approval for additional street improvements to improve transportation options and efficiency. 12) TEXT AMENDMENT TO SECTION 7-210 (D) OF THE VILLAGE'S SUBDIVISION CODE Seeking a motion to instruct the Village Attorney to draft an ordinance amending Section 7-210 (d) of the Village's Subdivision Code allowing for side loaded garage driveways to encroach into the five foot parking setback. F) ADMINISTRATOR/MANAGEMENT SERVICES REPORT G) ENGINEER’S REPORT H) COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT REPORT  Seeking a motion to enter into an agreement with Patrick Engineering for GIS services.  Thornton's Gas Station Façade Improvements. I) PUBLIC WORKS REPORT  Seeking a motion to authorize the purchase of one new 2006 Ford F-450 Chassis from Rod Baker Truck Sales at a total bid price of $30,550.00 and also the purchase of the Service body and Hydraulic Crane Unit from Sauber Equipment at at a total bid price of $36,234.00. J) POLICE CHIEF’S REPORT K) ATTORNEY’S REPORT L) EXECUTIVE SESSION for the purpose of discussion on property acquisition.
