Village Board Agenda December 6, 2004 2 3) FISCAL YEAR 2004 AUDIT AND MANAGEMENT LETTER Seeking a motion to acknowledge receipt of the Annual Financial Report and Management Letter of the Village of Plainfield for the Fiscal Year Ended April 30, 2004. 4) 2004 TAX LEVY PUBLIC HEARING a) Seeking a motion to open a Public Hearing on the 2004 Tax Levy. b) Seeking a motion to close the Public Hearing and return to the regular meeting. c) Seeking a motion to adopt Ordinance No. ____ for the levying and collecting of taxes for the Village of Plainfield, Will and Kendall Counties, Illinois for the fiscal year commencing the first day of May, 2004. 5) PATRIOT SQUARE UNIT 2 Seeking a motion to approve the final plat for Patriot Square Unit 2, located southeast of Van Dyke Road and southwest of Wood Farm Road. 6) 512 FOX RIVER STREET ACCESSORY STRUCTURE a) Seeking a motion to adopt the findings of fact of the Zoning Board of Appeals as the findings of fact of the Village Board. b) Seeking a motion to direct the Village Attorney to draft the necessary ordinance approving the requested variance, based on the findings of fact, to permit an accessory structure and accessory second-floor office use with kitchenette, with an interior side-yard setback reduction from five (5) feet to three (3) feet, at 512 Fox River Street; and c) Seeking a motion to approve the site plan review for the proposed accessory structure at 512 Fox River Street. 7) DAYFIELD a) Seeking a motion to direct the Village Attorney to draft an ordinance approving a special use permit for a PUD for the property located on the northwest corner of 143rd Street and U. S. Route 30. b) Seeking a motion to approve the site plan, preliminary plat and final plat for the property located on the northwest corner of 143rd Street and U. S. Route 30. 8) PLAINFIELD COMMONS, LOT 3 a) Seeking a motion to direct the Village Attorney to draft an ordinance approving a special use permit for a PUD for the property known as Lot 3 of Plainfield Commons located at the southwest corner of 135th Street and Rt. 59. b) Seeking a motion to approve the site plan for the property known as Lot 3 of Plainfield Commons. Village Board Agenda December 6, 2004 3 9) FAIRFIELD RIDGE a) Seeking a motion to direct the Village Attorney to draft an ordinance to rezone 25 acres from B-3 (Community Shopping Center) District, to R-3 (Moderate Density Single-Family Attached Residence) District located near new Van Dyke Road, east of Rt. 30 and south of Cedar Lake Village. b) Seeking a motion to direct the Village Attorney to draft an ordinance to allow for a special use for a Planned Unit Development for a residential development. c) Seeking a motion to approve the preliminary plat for 73 single-family units.
