(Dayfield) Village Board Agenda December 20, 2004 2 j) Authorize the Mayor to execute the required documents to accept the donation of a sanitary sewer easement, generally located south of 135th Street and west of the Norman Drain, from Harris Bank, the Macom Corporation, and U.S. Bank. k) Authorize the Mayor to execute a Land Use Permit Agreement with the Plainfield Township Park District for the purpose of installing a sanitary sewer adjacent to existing Renwick Road. 3) 512 FOX RIVER STREET ACCESSORY STRUCTURE a) Seeking a motion to adopt Ordinance No.____ allowing a variance to permit construction of an accessory structure and accessory second floor office use with Kitchenette on the second floor at 512 Fox River Street. b) Seeking a motion to adopt Ordinance No. ____ allowing a setback variance for the property located at 512 Fox River Street. 4) FAIRFIELD RIDGE a) Seeking a motion to adopt Ordinance No. ____ to rezone 25 acres from B-3 (Community Shopping Center) District, to R-3 (Moderate Density Single-Family Attached Residence) District located near new Van Dyke Road, east of Rt. 30 and south of Cedar Lake Village. b) Seeking a motion to adopt Ordinance No. ____ to allow for a special use for a Planned Unit Development for a residential development. 5) CORYDALIS STREET VACATION Seeking a motion to approve the vacation of a portion of Corydalis Street in Heritage Meadows Units 3 and 4 between Lots 112 and 113. 6) STEWART RIDGE ANNEXATION a) Seeking a motion to open a Public Hearing regarding a proposed Annexation Agreement for a 49-acre parcel located at Heggs Road north of 127th Street and South of 119th Street. b) Seeking a motion to close the Public Hearing and return to the regular meeting. c) Seeking a motion to direct the Village Attorney to draft an ordinance approving a preannexation agreement. d) Seeking a motion to approve the preliminary plat.
