AVERY FAMILY YMCA Seeking a motion to direct the Village attorney to draft an ordinance rezoning lot 2 of the School Subdivision (YMCA Parcel) located at the southeast corner of Route 126 and Indian Boundary Road from R-1 to B-2. 5) LIGHT SOURCE a) Seeking a motion to direct the Village Attorney to draft an ordinance for a special use for a Planned Unit Development for a lighting store located on the west side of Route 59, north of Fraser Road, and east of Vintage Harvest Subdivision. b) Seeking a motion for site plan approval for Light Source lighting store. c) Seeking a motion to approve a variation for storm water release rate. 6) MAINSTREET PLAINFIELD, INC. Consider a motion to approve the release of $15,000, which represents one half of the annual Village funding for MainStreet Plainfield for fiscal year 2004-2005. 7) UNITED METHODIST CHURCH AMENDED SITE PLAN Seeking a motion for site plan approval for the United Methodist Church site located on the north side of Chicago Street between DesPlaines Street and Illinois Street. 8) PARK DISTRICT RECREATIONAL CENTER Seeking a motion for site plan approval for a recreational center located in the Streams Subdivision Unit Three, south of Fraser Road and west of Route 59. 9) KENSINGTON CENTER NORTH a) Seeking a motion to direct the Village Attorney to draft an ordinance for a special use for a Planned Unit Development for six commercial lots located at the northwest corner of 127th Street and Route 59 in front of the Wal Mart. b) Seeking final plat approval for Kensington Center North. c) Seeking a motion for site plan approval of a bank, Bank of America. d) Seeking site plan approval of a restaurant, Applebee's Bar and Grill. e) Seeking site plan approval of two multi-tenant buildings. 10) BRENTWOOD POINT Village Board Agenda August 16, 2004 3 a) Seeking a motion to direct the Village Attorney to draft an ordinance for a special use for a Planned Unit Development for Lot 1-7 of Plainfield Business Center located south of Andrew road on the east side of Route 59. b) Seeking a motion for site plan approval of a multi-tenant commercial building. 11) 603 WEST MAIN Consider a request for a special use for a Planned Unit Development to allow a beauty shop at 603 Main Street. G) ADMINISTRATOR’S REPORT  Plainfield Rotary Club request for the Community Room.  First Baptist Church Update. H) MANAGEMENT SERVICES REPORT I) COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT REPORT J) ENGINEER’S REPORT K) PUBLIC WORKS REPORT  Seeking a motion to accept the low bid and authorize the Village President to execute a contract with Archon Construction Co. Inc. to complete the Main Street & Chicago Street Water Main Replacement improvements at a total bid cost of $561,425.00.  Seeking a motion to accept the low bid and authorize the Village President to to execute a contract with Triggi Construction to complete the 2004 Curb and Sidewalk Program at a total bid cost of $82,932.00.  Seeking a motion to accept the low bid and authorize the Village President to execute a contract with Anderson Concrete, Inc. to complete the 127th Street/Van Dyke road sidewalk improvements at a total bid cost of $56,302.00.  Seeking a motion to accept the low bid and authorize the Village President to execute a contract with SKC Construction, Inc. to complete the 2004 Crackfilling Program at a total bid cost of $19,581.00.  E. J. & E. Railway Crossing Maintenance – Closure of VanDyke road, at the crossing, from September 14th to September 18th. Closure of 135th Street at the crossing on September 13th.
