AN ORDINANCE REPLACING SECTION 12.24.020 OF THE MOAB
MUNICIPAL ORDINANCES.
Be it ordained by the Moab City Council that Section
12.24.020 of the Moab Municipal Ordinances entitled 12.24.020
Shade tree commission --Appointment., shall be replaced with the
following Ordinance and that the same shall now read as follows:
12.24.020 Shade tree commission --Appointment. The
appointment of the four citizens on the shade tree commission
shall be made by the mayor. Members now on the commission shall
serve until the expiration of their terms.
