Okones- Lutve present.
Mj.nutes of the last meeting were read a.nd on motion by Lure
second by O'_tiones approved as read, motion carried.
Mayor Vahlsing reports that he has appointed. �1i11_ Garl
as Night r��iarshall, and Dr Paul Emmans �s Healtr Physician.
Both above appointments ��rere approved by the council.
Treasurers rer�ort was received, read. and on motion ordered
placed on file- motion carried.
The fo�.7_o�*ring bills here presented and oh motion by
Okones second byLuwe that same be allowed as read- motion carrier.

Council met per call of the D.2ayor, Councilmen present �n�ere
Haack- Lut*Je- Okones and Kruse-.
Councilman Geo Lindaman having handed in his re�imnation
as councilman, having been elected County Supervisor, the n�7ayor
akked for nominations by the Council for the Election of a
Councilman to replace Geo Lindama.n.

resignation be ac::epted- motion carried.
Nominations for Councilman to fill vacancy were in order.
