RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -09 -03
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE TOWN MANAGER TO PURSUE IMPLEMENTATION OF A
TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT FIRST STREET AND AUTHORIZING GRAND PARK TO SUBMIT
MATERIALS TO THE COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION ACCORDINGLY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FRASER,
COLORADO THAT:
1. The Town Manager is hereby directed and authorized to work toward implementation of a
traffic signal at First Street.
2. Grand Park is authorized to complete traffic generation studies and other work in support of
an access permit application for the signal, and to submit such work to CDOT as approved
by the Town Manager.
