FLOOR 24000 W. LOCKPORT STREET 7:00 P.M. A) CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL, PLEDGE 1) HISTORIC PRESERVATION DISCUSSION The Board requested a joint meeting to discuss the financial aspects
of historic preservation. Brief presentations will be given by Trustee Fay, a representative from the Illinois Historic Preservation Agency and Village staff and will answer questions.
The HPC has also been reviewing the Building Code regarding demolition permits. Discussion by all groups on the potential changes is proposed. 2) SETTING PRIORITIES The Village Board
briefly discussed establishing priorities. This was last done with the Comprehensive Plan in May 2002. It is contained in pages 10-1 through 10-7. A copy is attached. It may be a useful
matrix to begin your discussion. As with all priority or implementation plans there are fiscal constraints. In the recent past we used "growth" revenues to achieve most of our objectives.
