ESTABLISHING A PETTY-CASH FUND FOR THE BOROUGH
OF CARTERET PURSUANT TO N.J.S.A.40A:5-21
BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A.40A:5-21 a Petty
Cash Fund be established for the Borough of Carteret upon final approval from the
Division of Local Government Services; and
WHEREAS, said Petty Cash Fund will be maintained and accounted for by the
Purchasing Department in the amount of $400.00; and
WHEREAS, the Custodian of said fund will be bonded with corporate surety in the
amount of $1,000.00.
Adopted this 1st day of January, 2002
and certified as a tree copy of the original
on January 2, 2002.
