RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -11 -02
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROVAL OF A CHANGE ORDER TO THE CONROY
EXCAVATING PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR THE LEONARD LANE
DRAINAGE SWALE PROJECT
WHEREAS, the initial cost estimate for this project was based on a field review of the work
without the benefit of the design plans which exposed the need for additional excavation and
trucking of export material and placement of armoring material;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
FRASER, COLORADO THAT:
1. The Town Board of Fraser, Colorado hereby approves an amendment to the Public
Works Construction Contract amount through a Change Order Request in the amount
not to exceed $10,000, and authorizes and directs the Town Manager to execute the
Change Order in the amount not to exceed $10,000.
