ORDINANCE NO. 92-04
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 16 OF THE MOAB CITY ORDINANCES
TO INCLUDE SECTION 16.08.050 ENTITLED VACATING OR CHANGING A
SUBDIVISION PLAT.
Be it ordained by the Moab City Council that Title 16 of the
Moab City Ordinances are hereby amended to include Section
16.08.050 and the same is to read as follows:
16.08.050 Vacating or changing a subdivision plat. Any
proposed vacation, alteration, change or amendment to a
subdivision plat must comply with the Utah State Code provision
57-5-5.5 through 57-5-8.
