AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO SALARIES OF
COUNCILMAN W. D. MCDOUGALD AND COUNCILMAN DANIEL MICK
BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED by the Moab City Council as follows:
That the salary of Councilman Daniel Mick be retroactively set
at the sum of $560.00 for the month of January 1992 only. Said
salary for Councilman Daniel Mick shall revert retroactively to
$500.00 per month commencing February 1, 1992 and shall remain such
until changed by Ordinance.
That the salary of Councilman W. D. McDougald is retroactively
set at $560.00 per month for the months of January, February, and
March, 1992. Said salary of Councilman W. D. McDougald shall
revert to $500.00 per month commencing April 1, 1992 and shall
remain such until changed by Ordinance.
