C. STATEMENT OF MEETING NOTICE: The Notice of today's meeting was sent to The Home
News Tribune and The Star Ledger and posted on the bulletin board on February 15, 2019.

D. PURPOSE OF MEETING: To transfer liquor license #1201 -33- 061 -012 and to hold a hearing
in regards to charges preferred against liquor license #1201 -44- 039 -004, and any other business
that may come before the Board.
