APPOINTING MUNICIPAL AUDITOR
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Municipal Auditor in the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Council that
ROBERT W. ALLISON, C.P.A., R.M.A., P.S.A.
HOLMAN FRENIA ALLISON, P.C.
be and is hereby appointed to the position of Municipal Auditor, effective immediately.
