AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17.09.620, SUPPLEMENTARY REQUIREMENTS
AND PROCEDURES APPLICABLE WITHIN ZONES, OF THE MOAB CITY CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MOAB CITY, STATE OF UTAH.
Section 17.09.620 Conditional use --Flood protection shall be
amended as follows:
No building or structure shall be constructed within the FC-1
zone or within the floodway boundary as identified and adopted by
the city through the flood damage prevention ordinance except that
the Board of Adjustments may permit the construction of a building
or structure within the aforementioned areas in accordance with the
city flood damage prevention ordinance.
This ordinance approved and adopted this 7th day of April
1992, by the City Council of the City of Moab and becomes effective
upon publication.
