AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
FLOOD CONTROL ZONE (FC-1) BOUNDARIES
WHEREAS, Moab City has heretofore adopted and designed a Flood
Control Zone (FC-1); and
WHEREAS, the boundaries of said Flood Control Zone (FC-1) are
not consistent with the Floodway as defined by the Moab City Flood
Damage Prevention Ordinance,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MOAB CITY COUNCIL that
effective upon the signing of this Ordinance, the Moab Flood
Control Zone (FC-1) shall concur and match the Floodway as defined
by the Moab City Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance and any adjacent
zones will bound to said Floodway. This ordinance shall be an
amendment to the Official City Zoning Maps.
