Zone Regulations. The PC gave direction to Staff to make additional edits to both
documents.

Chairperson Naill called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m.

2. Approval of Minutes: Minutes of May 25, 2011.
Commissioner Soles moved, and Commissioner Wolter seconded the motion to
approve the minutes. Motion carried: 6 -0.

a. Zoning Code Amendments
Commissioner Sumrall moved, and Commissioner Shapiro seconded the motion to
open the public. Motion carried: 6 -0.
There was no public comment.

MINUTES
DATE: Wednesday, June 22, 2011
MEETING: Planning Commission Regular Meeting
PLACE: Fraser Town Hall Board Room
Commissioner Shapiro moved, and Commissioner Soles seconded the motion to close
the public hearing. Motion carried: 6 -0. Staff will re publish for another public
hearing on these Zoning Code Amendments.
5. Staff Choice:
TP Trotter briefed the PC on the status of medical marijuana at the State level. HB 11-
1043 extends the moratorium on new businesses applying for licenses until July 1, 2012.
The Town is hosting another Business Forum on Tuesday, June 28 at the Fraser
Historic Church. Agenda items were discussed. PC training was offered.
6. Planning Commission Choice:
Commissioner Sumrall briefed the PC on historical data relating to Gaskill.
Chairman Naill asked about the monthly rent at 200 Eisenhower.
Commissioner Shapiro moved, and Commissioner Soles seconded the motion to
adjourn. Motion carried: 6 -0. Meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
