ORDINANCE NO. 92-14
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING CHAPTER 70 OF THE
1991 UNIFORM BUILDING CODE
REGARDING EXCAVATION AND GRADING
WHEREAS, Chapter 70 is an amendment to the 1991 Uniform
Building Code; and
WHEREAS, the City of Moab by and through its Building
Official/Building Inspector is mandated to comply wit the 1991
Uniform Building Code and its amendments.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it hereby ordained by the Moab City
Council that Chapter 70 of the 1991 Uniform Building Code is
hereby adopted in its entirety with the exception of Section 7007
regarding fees.
