RESOLUTION NO. 97-30
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER OR TOWN ENGINEER TO EXECUTE
PROJECT CERTIFICATIONS FOR THE GLENSHIRE DRIVE BRIDGE PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Town of Truckee has applied for federal funding under the Highway Bridge
Replacement and Rehabilitation Program; and
WHEREAS, authorization for federal funding requires the submittal of project certifications
by the Town Engineer or other administrative charge of the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TRUCKEE, that the Town Manager or the Town Engineer are hereby authorized to
sign the project certifications relating to the Glenshire Drive Bridge Project.
The foregoing Resolution was introduced at a Special Meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Truckee, held on the 11 th day of September, 1997, by Councilmember McCormack who moved its
adoption, which motion being duly seconded by Councilmember Florian was upon roll call carried
and the Resolution adopted by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Florian, McCormack, Susman and Mayor Drake
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmember Carpenter
