Please fonvard this public record request to the Custodian of Records for your agency. Please provide the following records: Anv record related to code enforcement and special magistrate created or received during the period of time between Jan. 12014 and the day you receive this record request. Records requested include but are not limited to photos, memos, affidavits, letters, emails, reports, invoices, statements, billing, checks, minutes, transcripts and notes. This public records request is made pursuant to Florida Constitution Article 1, Section 24 and Florida Statutes Chapter 119.07. Please include records from all email accounts in the control of all town officials, appointees, agents and emplovees and include all records that are responsive to this request. If you contend that anv of the records I am seeking, or anv portion thereof, are exempt from inspection or disclosure please cite the specific exemption as required by Florida Statute 6119.07(1)(e) and state in writing and with particularity the basis for vour conclusions as required by Florida Statute &119.07(1)(8. Please provide the portion of anv exempt record that is not exempt from disclosure. Please take note of Florida Statute 5119.07(c) and vour affirmative obligation to (1) promptly acknowledge receipt of this public records request and (2) make a good faith effort which "includes making reasonable efforts to determine from other officers or employees within the aeencv whether such a record exists and, if so, the location at which the record can be accessed." I am, therefore, requesting that you notifv every individual in possession of records that may be responsive to this public records request to preserve all such records on an immediate basis. If some records that are responsive to my request are obtainable sooner than other responsive records, I want to receive those records first as soon as thev are available and I want to receive the 1070 other records as soon as thev become available. No delay in producing responsive records should occur while waiting for other responsive records to be found, If the records are not available as digital records then please email me with instructions for me to pick the records up from you. I would prefer the records in electronic or digital form If the public records being sought are maintained by vour agency in an electronic format please produce the records in the original electronic format in which thev were created or received. See Florida Statute 4119.01(2)(f). If you anticipate the production of some of these public records will require a search of sufficient duration as to require anv deposit pavment from me, please notifv me of any such required pavment prior to conducting anv portion of that search which would require such pavment. You are responsible for the costs of duplication, as allowed by Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, and you may also incur a special service charge for the labor needed to respond to this request. To produce the documents for that you have requested, the Town of Gulf Stream estimates the need for 4.75 hours of administrative support at $36.39 per hour, the labor cost of the personnel providing the service, per Fla. Stat. § 119.07(4)(d). If the costs of producing these documents will exceed your deposit, the Town will provide you with an initial production of responsive records and an estimate for the production of any additional responsive records. If the costs of production are less than the deposit, the Town will provide you with the responsive records and a refund. If you would like to narrow the scope of your request, for example, by identifying a particular document type or date range, the Town may be able to provide these records at a lower cost. (4.75 hours @ 36.39 = 172.85) - (.25 hour @ 36.39= 9.10) = Deposit Due: $163.75 in cash or check. Should you not want all the requests, please find the attached worksheet for each individual request.
