THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS
ORDINANCE NO. 3?D
AN ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO WATER
SERVICE BY AMENDING SECTIONS 3 AND 11 OF
ORDINANCE NUMBER 97 AND REPEALING
ORDINANCE NUMBER 304.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
KANSAS:
Section 1. Amendinq Section 3 of Ordinance Number 97
Section 3 of Ordinance Number 97 of the City of Bel Aire, Kansas is
amended to read as follows:
"Section 3. INSTALLATION AND SYSTEM TAP-ON FEES
Water Installation Fees and Water System Tap-on Fees may be
established as part of a Water Policy adopted by the Governing Body of the City
of Bel Aire, Kansas. Any such Water Policy containing and establishing Water
Installation Fees and Water System Tap-on Fees is hereby incorporated herein
by reference and made a part of this Ordinance as though fully set forth herein."
Section 2. Amendinq Section 11 of Ordinance Number 97
Section 11 of Ordinance Number 97 of the City of Bel Aire, Kansas is
amended to read as follows:

"Section 11, CONNECTION FEES
Water Connection Fees may be established as part of a Water Policy
adopted by the Governing Body of the City of Bel Aire, Kansas. Any such Water
Policy containing and establishing Water Connection Fees is hereby incorporated
herein by reference and made a part of this Ordinance as though fully set forth
herein."
All other sections of Ordinance Number 97, not previously amended or
repealed, shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3. Repeal
Ordinance Number 304 is hereby repealed. All other ordinances or parts
of other ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed. However, any section of an
existing ordinance not in conflict herewith is not repealed and remains in full force
and effect.
Section 4. Effective Date
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the official city newspaper.
