AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17.09.090
OF THE MOAB MUNICIPAL ORDINANCES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MOAB CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS:
That Section 17.09.090 Residential zone --Storage of
commercial vehicles prohibited. is hereby amended to read as
follows:
17.09.090 Residential zone --Storage of commercial vehicles
prohibited. It is unlawful to park a truck having a rated
capacity of two tons or more on any lot or road in any
residential zone or C-5 zone for a period of more than twelve
consecutive hours. It is also unlawful to so park any
construction equipment, such as graders, compressors, etc., for a
continuous length of time of more than twelve hours, provided
that construction equipment may be stored on a lot during
construction of a building thereon, but not to exceed one year.
