Committee members present were Tom Turcketta (Chairperson), Patricia Bausch, George Carey and Carol Appleton. Steven Bergquist and Jim Trabulsie were absent. H-22-97 Wayne Alves, 1270 Millstone Road, Map 85 Lot 51 Portico • Tim Kautz, STLK Building, represented the homeowner at the meeting • Carol asked for clarification on if the sides will be shingled to match the house, which Tim stated it would be • The details of existing home will be matched on the addition of the portico, the sides will be closed in • Carol made a motion to approve as presented. George seconded the motion • All voted to approve as presented H-22-102 Christopher and Tamsin Wallace, 21 Crosby Lane, Map 114 Lot 4 ADU with Shed • Christopher Wallace, Homeowner, was present in the meeting • Homeowner confirmed that home currently has sills and the window shown on the drawing are the correct windows that will be put in. Shingle will be brought all the way down to grade to hide foundation including under the deck • Top rail is consistent on all portions of deck • Committee would like to have plantings to hide the blank space under the deck • George confirmed that solar panels are not on the agenda and not to be discussed • Carol made a motion to approve with the amendment that there are substantial plantings on the east side in front of the deck. George seconded the motion • All voted to approve as amended H-22-103 William Wynn, 121 Old North Road, Map 68 Lot 70 Solar • Ian Tallmadge, E2 Solar, represented the homeowner at the meeting • Panels were moved to the rear of the roof per the suggestion of the committee • Carol moved to approve as presented (amended from first presentation), George seconded the motion • All voted to approve as presented in tonight's meeting 1 �Vkwsr TOWN OF BREWSTER OLD KINGS HIGHWAY REGIONAL DISTRICT HISTORIC DISTRICT 2198 MAIN STREET • �' ' BREWSTER MA 02631 H-22-82 Jessica DiGravio, 12 Daisy Lane, Map 47 Lot 85 Shed 40PHONE: (508) 896-3701 04*m'T325 '-'' ERIAIL: ER MA %AV LLA • Jamie McGrath, Pine Harbor Shed, represented the homeowner at the meeting • Application updated to board and batten • Location will be moved to rear of the house. Jamie stated that the face of the shed will be at least in line with the face of the garage • Jamie will notify Building Department once the shed has been moved for confirmation of location • Jamie to submit an updated plot plan with new location • Carol moved to approve as presented, George seconded the motion • All voted to approve as amended with new location H -22 - Jesse Blatz, 30 Bog Pond, Map Lot Skylight Amendment • Homeowner was present at the meeting • Previous approval from the home removed the skylights in order for a refiling • Carol proposed eliminating the middle skylight on the east view and aligning the skylight on the north view with the existing window • Approved pending the committee being able to view an updated plan Other Business • Committee is receptive to utilizing a signature stamp for applications that are approved Minutes • May 23rd o George moved to approve the minutes.
