Committee members present were Jim Trabulsie (Chairperson), Carol Appleton, Steven Bergquist, Tom Turcketta and George Carey, Patricia Busch was absent. H-12-21-313 Stephen and Holly Sullivan, 72 Robbins Hill Road, Map 49 Lot 99 Fence ■ Homeowner Stephen Sullivan requested a continuance until the February 7th 2022 meeting, prior to the meeting • Chairperson Trabulsie requested a motion to continue as requested by the applicant ■ Tom Turcketta moved to continue. Carol Appleton seconded ■ All voted to continue H-22-1 Derek Reicherter, 181 Blueberry Pond Drive, Map 100 Lot 36 Roof Mounted Solar Panels ■ Timothy Holmes, i SunWind Solar, represented the homeowner at the meeting ■ Mr Holmes reviewed the project with the committee, stated Solar Panels are located on rear of the home and the garage, Mr Holmes noted that the panels on the rear of the home are not visible from the roadway and the panels on the garage are visible from the driveway ■ Chairperson Trabulsie asked if the panels are solid black with black frame and Mr Holmes confirmed that they were indeed solid: black • Mr Bergquist expressed concern that the garage panels are visible and recommended not approving the garage panels I ■ Carol Appleton moved to accept as presented. Tom Turcketta seconded ■ Steven Bergquist did not vote to approve ■ Vote; 4 in favor to approve as presented, 1 to deny, 0 abstained H-22-2 John and Mary Cody Trustees, 43 Oakwood Road, Map 67 Lot 46 Addition ■ Raymond Caterino, RJC Building, represented the homeowners at the meeting ■ Mr Caterino reviewed the project with the committee ■ Chairperson Trabulsie noted that a deck was being removed as part of the project ■ Mr Trabulsie also noted that the outdoor shower was a vinyl material and that is not acceptable to the committee ■ Mr Turcketta confirmed with Mr Caterino that the windows will be fixed grilles, double hung and a 1" x 5" casing with historic sill on the bottom 1 �������x,Ar�y� I ���� �� �������� tacwy> o � � � fJLD KINGS HIGHWAY REGI4hlAL DISTRICT HISTt�RIC DISTRICT 298 f�1AtN STREET �'�;';�:`,� C�REWS't"Ef2 MA t�2�,31 PHQNE: (SOA) A9G�37O1 EXT 11.7.5 E h1Att.:.ki,t?4't t� �T..S �S�,a�.�,�.f wfi)„� r;� ��Azr�_V. ■ Mr Turcketta also,�noted that window D is a mulled window, Mr Caterino stated that the mulled window was pre- existing • Mr Trabulsie noted that the window will be removed and put into the addition, which eliminated the pre-existing exemption • Mr Trabulsie reviewed the requested amendments to the project; o Change of material for the outdoor shower, Vinyl to Cedar o The addition of grills to the mulled double hung window ■ Carol Appleton moved to accept as amended, Tom Turcketta seconded. • All voted in favor to approve as amended H-22-3 Steven White, 179 Harwich Road, Map 56 Lot 34 Shed ■ Homeowner Steven White was present at the meeting ■ Mr White reviewed the project with the committee • Chairperson Trabulsie clarified that the shed additions would have cedar shakes that are continued from the original portion • Tom Turcketta moved to accept as presented. Carol Appleton seconded. • All voted in favor'to accept as presented H-22-4 `, Jessica DiGravio, 12 Daisy Lane, Map 56 Lot 81 Shed • Homeowner Jessi�Ca DiGravio was present in the meeting • Chairperson Trabulsie stated after viewing the property the shed location is in the front of the home but there is not another suitable location and the material, texture 111, is not acceptable by the Historic District Committee • Carol Appleton expressed concern regarding the siding not being completed to the bottom of the shed, allowing the wood to be exposed • Steven Bergquist expressed concern regarding the location as being to close to the street ■ The shed must have the material changed and the location changed per the bulletin in order to be considered • Tom Turcketta moved to continue pending a change in material and location. Carol Appleton seconded. ■ All voted in favor to continue the application until the February 7th meeting Meeting Minutes • December 13, 2021 o Steven Bergquist moved to approve as presented, Carol Appleton seconded o All voted .to accept as presented, George abstained as he was absent Next Meeting • February 7, 2022 at 7pm Adjournment Tom Turcketta made the motion.
