Committee members present were Jim Trabulsie (Chairperson), Steven Bergquist, Tom Turcketta, Carol Appleton, Patricia, Busch and George Carey. D-22-35 Carolyn, 717 Stony Brook Road, Map 49 Lot 99 Demolition ■ Alison, A3 Architecture, represented the homeowner at the meeting. Application was continued pending a site visit which was completed. ■ Mr Turcketta stated that he believes the date on the Form B is incorrectly listed. Pat and Carol concurred that there is no historical significance to the sections proposed to be removed. ■ Tom Turcketta moved to approve. Carol Appleton seconded. ■ All voted to approve the demolition H-22-34 Carolyn, 717 Stony Broolc Road, Map 49 Lot 99 New Building Alison, A3 Architecture, represented the homeowner at the meeting Alison reviewed,tthe application with the committee Steven BergquisIt moved to approve. Tom Turcketta seconded Carol Appleton abstained, the rest of the committee voted to accept as proposed 0 denied -4 approved -1 abstained 1 H-22-37 Sean Darcy, 61 Consodine Road, Map 66 Lot 5 New Shed • David Banash, David Banash PC , represented the homeowner at the meeting David Banash reviewed the application with the committee • Jim Trabulsie asked for clarification on the exposure of the siding Sean Darcy ansvliered that the exposure would be 4" to match the house • Thomas and Colleen Ladd, 81 Consodine Road, abutters to the project submitted a letter that was read to the board. Carol Appleton seconded • All voted to approve as amended H-22-38 `� Ocean Edge, 2907 Main Street, Map 66 Lot 5 Front Lawn Activities • Requested Continuance until the April 4th meeting Returning to in person meetings for the Old Kings Highway Historic District Committee • Committee will meet in person and the applicants will continue to be virtual • Applicants are riot to be in person until Select Board approves • Pat, Carol, Tom, George and Jim would like to meet in person. Steven expressed concerns about in person meetings • The committee Kequested to continue receiving the packets ahead of the meetings • Historic District Committee agreed to hybrid meetings, committee in person and applicant virtual Minutes • January 10th 2022 o Tom Turcketta moved to approve the minutes.
