Geo Paterni Piled complaint about the Disposal Plant discharge in the creek, claiming that it had caused damage to his livestock. Mr Kayler of the Waterloo Steel & Equipt Co was present and offered to sell the Town a Snow Plow ( no action was taken) Harley W Froemming pre����ented an application for Class B beer, nd Cigartette permits. It was moved by Hook second by Spieker that a Class B. Beer permit be granted and that the Bona be approved On Ro11 Call- Ayes- Hook- Kuper-Riekena- Spieker Nays- none- absent Huisman. On Roll call- Ayes- Hook- Kuner- Riekena- Spieker Nays- none- absent Huisman. ��Vhi t��f ey Rhode s f or &��oe��; &; Ame s appeared before the council regarding the Town well, as to future drilling to get a better quality of water for the Town, it being his opinion that the present well would have to be dug down to approximately 1985 feet to met a better quality of drinking; water. The council discussed. the matter and did not feel inclined to go ahead with the matter as outlined, but would try and find out if another source of supply could be located which would perhaps not coat the Town as much money. The Treasurers rep^rt was presented, read, and on motion placed on file. The folio�ping bills were presnted, read and on motion by Hook second by Riekena ordered paid.
