AMENDING RULES OF COUNCIL FOR THE YEAR 2002
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret,
that,
WHEREAS, on January 1, 2002, the Mayor and Council adopted the
Rules of the Council for the year 2002; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Council has determined that it is desirable to
amend the Rules of Council to allow for the approval and adoption of
Resolutions pursuant to a Consent Agenda.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Borough Council,
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New ,lersey, that the
Rules of Council be and hereby are amended to provide for the approval
and adoption of Resolutions of the Borough Council pursuant to a Consent
Agenda.
Adopted this 10th day of 3anuary, 2002
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 11, 2002.
