WHEREAS, The Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the Richmond Sanitary District adopted
a budget for calendar year 2012; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined it is now necessary to transfer money from one major
budget classification to another within a department or office; and
WHEREAS, the transfer does not require the expenditure of more money than the total
amount set out in the original budget; and
WHEREAS, this transfer may be made under Indiana Code 6- 1.1 -18 -6 without notice and
without the approval of the Department of Local Government Finance.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the
Richmond Sanitary District that the 2012 budget be amended as follows:
A. Sewer Utility
1. Delete $14,000.00 from Treatment Plant Equipment
Account number 680.38.306.137.000.4413
2. Delete $8,000.00 from Maintenance Equipment
Account number 680.38.306.137.000.4415
Add $14,000.00 to Other Contract Services
Account number 680.3 8.3 03.13 7.000.3 990
4. Add $8,000.00 to Stone /Gravel
Account number 680.3 8.3 04.13 7.000.23 62
