To whom it may concern,
Please forward this public record request to the Custodian of Records for your agency. I wish to make a
public records request of the Town of Gulf Stream for public records. I do this pursuant to Florida
Constitution Article 1, Section 24 and Florida Statutes Chapter 119.07.
Please provide all public records that are photos of the property known as PCN 20434604220000370.
Please include records from all email accounts in the control of all town officials, appointees and
employees and include all records that are responsive to this request. If you contend that any of the
records I am seeking, or any portion thereof, are exempt from inspection or disclosure please cite the
specific exemption as required by Florida Statute §119.07(1)(e) and state in writing and with
particularity the basis for your conclusions as required by Florida Statute §119.07(i)(f).
Please take note of Florida Statue §319.07(c) and your affirmative obligation to (1) promptly
acknowledge receipt of this public records request and (2) make a good faith effort which "includes
making reasonable efforts to determine from other officers or employees within the agency whether
such a record exists and, if so, the location at which the record can be accessed." I am, therefore,
requesting that you notify every individual in possession of records that may be responsive to this public
records request to preserve all such records on an immediate basis.
If some records that are responsive to my request are obtainable sooner than other responsive records,
I wish to receive those records as soon as they are available and I wish to receive the other records as
soon as they become available. I request that no responsive records be withheld from me while waiting
for other responsive records to be found.
If the records are not available as digital records then please email me with instructions for me to pick
the records up from you. I would prefer the records in electronic or digital form. If the public records
being sought are maintained by your agency in an electronic format please produce the records in the
original electronic format in which they were created or received. see Florida Statute §119.01(2)(f).
If you anticipate the production of some of these public records will require a search of sufficient
duration as to require any deposit payment from me, please notify me of any such required payment
prior to conducting any portion of that search which would require such payment. Please first produce
any responsive records that are readily available and do not require any deposit payment prior to
producing.

their production with a written estimate of the total cost. Please be sure to itemize any estimates so as

Attached to this email is a copy of the response I received from you to my recent singular and
individual public record request which is also forwarded herein for your reference. Thank you
for responding promptly to this request.
Please note that you provided me with a collective response to six singular and individual public
record requests I made to your agency. In your response you ask for clarification of each public
record request. Specifically you partially state "This letter requests clarification of "all public
records that are photos" of your request before determining whether to provide you with an
estimate for the extensive use of information technology resources or extensive clerical or
supervisory assistance ... Ifyou would like to narrow down this request by a specific date, please
do so. If not, please be advised the cost ofproduction will be substantial."
In response to your collective request for clarification, I want you to understand that I am
requesting all responsive records to this singular and individual record request that are in the
public record of your agency as of the date you first received this public record request.
I respectfully request that all future responses to this singular and individual public record
request by your agency be limited to only matters related to this singular and individual public
record request and not co -mingled with any other public record requests.
I also ask that if you determine that it is necessary for you to provide me with an estimate for the
extensive use of information technology resources or extensive clerical or supervisory
assistance, for this singular and individual public record request, that you make that
determination base on the efforts your agency must make to respond only to this singular and
individual public record request as I have previously asked of you in my original public record
requests to you.
In addition, if some records are easily and readily available for you to produce, I request that
those records be immediately produced and not denied me while you wait for authorization from
me to produce records requiring extensive use of information technology resources or extensive
clerical or supervisory assistance . Only those records requiring extensive use of information
technology resources or extensive clerical or supervisory assistance should be produced after
first obtaining authorization from me that I agree to pay the estimate you quote for producing
those specific records.
