OF BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY
AUGUST 21, 2012
The Board of Public Works and Safety met in Executive Session on Tuesday, August 21, 2012, in the
Law Conference Room at the Municipal Building, 50 North 5th Street, Richmond, Indiana. President
Vicki Robinson called the Executive Session to order at 1:00 p.m.
Members present were Vicki Robinson, Dian Lawson and Tony Foster.
This is to certify that no subject matter was discussed in the Executive Session other than the subject
matter specified in the public notice: To discuss an individual over whom the Board has jurisdiction to
receive information concerning the individual's alleged misconduct and to discuss, before a
determination, the individual's status as an employee, pursuant to IC 5- 14- 1.5- 6.1(b)(6)
It is additionally certified that no votes or final actions were taken or conducted in the Executive
Session. Any final action is to be done in an open and public meeting in accordance with IC 5-14-1.5 -
4(c).
