Dear Rita:
Pursuant to the Public Records Act, Chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes, I am herewith making a
public records request for copies of the following items:

prepared by others of the Code Enforcement hearings) recently held in the matter of
the Town of Gut(Stream v. Martin O'Boyle; and

included any reference to Martin O'Boyle; and
Copies of any mltnutes created by the Town of GulfStreant and any transcripts
prepared by others of the public meeting, Closed Door Session and resumed public
meeting of the Town Commission held on July 24, 2013 regarding Martin O'Boyle;
and

prepared by others of anv Closed Door Session of the Town Contntiss /on where
discussions included any reference to Martin O'Boyle; and
9. Copies of the settlement agreement including drafts attd final versions between the
Totvn of Gulf Stream and Martin O'Boyle; and
Ill. Atty and all correspondence, ntenms, notes, et,iails, docuunents, attd or other written or
electronic records created by the Town of Gulf stream and the firm Jones. Foster.
Johnston & Stubbs. AA including but not limited to any and all correspondence
between the Town of GnlfStream and John C. Randolph, Joanne M. O'Connor and
any other member, partner, associate, clerk consultant or person engaged directly or
indirectly by the Town of Gu /f Stream in the matter of O'Boyle v. Town of Gulf
Stream; and
11. Any and all correspondence, notes, ntentos, entails, documents and or other written or
electronic records created by employees, interested parties, consultants and
commissioners of the Town of Gulf Stream in the tmutter of O'Boyle v. Town of Gulf
Stream.
If you refuse to provide this information, Chapter 119 requires that you advise me in writing and
indicate the applicable exemption to the Public Records Act. Also, please state with particularity
the reasons for your decision, as required by Section 1 I9.07(2)(a). If the exemption you are
claiming only applies to a portion of the records, please delete or redact that portion and provide
photocopies of the remainder of the records, according to Section 1 I9.07(2)(a).
If you can provide an estimate of the cost of duplication. I would appreciate it. If acceptable, I
will pay the actual cost of duplication as defined in Section 1 19.07(1)(a). However, if you
anticipate that in order to satisfy this request, "extensive use" of information technology
resources or extensive clerical or supervisory assistance as defined in Section 1 19.07(1)(6) will
be required, please provide a written estimate and justification.
