A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING STAFF TO INCUR EXPENDITURES EXCEEDING CITY MANAGER'S
$15,000 PURCHASING AUTHORIZATION LIMIT FOR J & G GRAPHICS IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $30,000
WHEREAS, J & G Graphics provides advertising and printing services that are
critical to the City's operations. In order to continue uninterrupted services through fiscal
year 2015, City Council approval is needed to incur expenditures for exceeding the City
Manager's $15,000 purchasing authorization limit.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council authorizes the Finance staff to process
payments for J & G Graphics through the end of, fiscal year 2015 in an .amount not to
exceed $30,000 and for the Mayor to execute an agreement in a form approved by the
City Attorney.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
adoption.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 21St day of April, 2015.
