The applicant shall meet the requirements of all commenting agencies. 2. The applicant shall, prior to the issuance of a building permit, provide a notarized, and recorded, parking agreement with the William Kirk property to secure an additional 2-3 parking spaces. 3. The applicant shall apply for a Conditional Use Permit to obtain outdoor seating in the future. 4. The applicant shall provide, if possible, the proposed ingress -egress easement, and associated parking space. 5.
