Dear Mr. Binninger:
At the September 9, 2008 McCall Area Planning & Zoning Commission meeting, the
Commission approved your Design Review application for the conversion of a dentist office to a
restaurant/caf6, including a new sign contingent upon the satisfaction of the following
conditions:
1. The applicant shall meet the requirements of all commenting agencies.
2. The applicant shall, prior to the issuance of a building permit, provide a notarized, and
recorded, parking agreement with the William Kirk property to secure an additional 2-3
parking spaces.
3. The applicant shall apply for a Conditional Use Permit to obtain outdoor seating in the
future.
4. The applicant shall provide, if possible, the proposed ingress -egress easement, and
associated parking space.
5. The applicant shall provide a sand and grease trap, per City of McCall Sewer
department standards.
