Dear Rita:
Pursuant to the Public Records Act, Chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes, I am herewith making a
public records request for copies of the following items:
1. Any and all Gulf Stream files regarding Christopher F. O'Hare and/or 1520 Avenue
An Soleil and/or 2516 Avenue Au Soleil, Gulf Stream, FL.; and
2. Any and all communications regarding Christopher F. O'Hare and/or 2520 Avenue An
Soleil and/or 2516 Avenue An Soleil, Gulf Stream, FL within the Town of Gulf Stream,
including, but not limited to, communications between the Town Manager William
Thrasher, the Chief of Police Garrett J. Ward, and/or Officer David S. Ginsberg, and
3. Any and all communications regarding Christopher F. O'Hare and/or 2520 Avenue An
Soleil and/or 2516 Avenue An Soleil, Gulf Stream, FL between the Town of Gulf
Stream and any other party or parties not directly employed by the Town, including
consultants hired by the Town, including, but not limited to, communications to /and
from the Town Manager William Thrasher, to /and from the Chief of Police Garrett J.
Ward, and to /and from Officer David S. Ginsberg.
If you refuse to provide this information, Chapter 119 requires that you advise me in writing and
indicate the applicable exemption to the Public Records Act. Also, please state with particularity
the reasons for your decision, as required by Section I I9.07(2)(a). If the exemption you are
claiming only applies to a portion of the records, please delete or redact that portion and provide
photocopies of the remainder of the records, according to Section I I9.07(2)(a).

If you can provide an estimate of the cost of duplication, I would appreciate it. If acceptable, I
will pay the actual cost of duplication as defined in Section I I9.07(1)(a). However, if you
anticipate that in order to satisfy this request, "extensive use" of information technology
resources or extensive clerical or supervisory assistance as defined in Section I I9.07(1)(b) will
be required, please provide a written estimate and justification.
I would ask that you provide all the above requested records no later than this coming
MONDAY. NNE 25.2013.
